- Description
- Sources Sought / Request for Information (RFI) for Market Research Purposes Only Brief Scope: Design and construct a permanent party Barracks utilizing modular construction to the maximum extent practicable to accommodate 250 Soldiers. Target Price Range (TPR): The Government has established a Target Price Range (TPR) for construction between $99,628,420.00 (the strict CCL) and $110,698,420.00 (the estimated Construction Budget), within a total Programmed Amount (PA) of $125,000,000.00. Projected Award Date: The Government targets the formal award of the potential Agreement Phase 1 (Design and Preconstruction Services) on or about Third or Fourth Quarter of FY27. Period of Performance (POP): Approximately 1000 calendar days following the potential execution of the Phase 2 Construction modification. Please see Attachment 01 for more project information and full scope of work. Based on the information provided in Attachment 02, offerors must address all topics within the Project Delivery & Acquisition Strategy Questionnaire. The questionnaire must be completed in its entirety, submitted with your proposal package, and cannot exceed ten (10) pages in length.
