- The USDA Rural Development (RD) intends on awarding a sole source procurement. Requirements include Greenhouse I and J South Roof Replacement NAICS code and/or Product Service Code: 238160 (Roofing Contractors) Place of performance: Fargo, ND Performance: 120 days from contract award This is not a solicitation. This synopsis notification with the intent to award a sole source order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification. This procurement is restricted to the approved company eligible for award. There is currently 1 company that will receive this solicitation. American Plant Products & Services � CAGE 0N6N3 The government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice.
