- ***See 4.01 SAP Combined Synopsis Solicitation Disc Drum Attachment for full Combined Synopsis/Solicitation*** This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both SAM.gov. The Solicitation number N0024426Q0089 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for a requirement to purchase ConsuLab Disc and Drum Brake Trainers (with Faults) and Vinyl Dust Covers for Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC) Port Hueneme, California. The solicitation is a direct award to sole source Silverstone Systems, LLC (dba DAKTIC). The Small Business Office concurs with this decision. The NAICS code is 336340 and the Size Standard is 1250 employees. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 and DFARS Publication Notice 20251110. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, San Diego, Regional Contracting Office intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) sole source contract to Silverstone Systems, LLC (dba DAKTIC) of providing ConsuLab Disc and Drum Brake Trainers (with Faults) and Vinyl Dust Covers in accordance with Attachment 1-Statement of Work. All product parts must be new. Rebuilt, reconditioned, remanufactured or refurbished parts are NOT allowed. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government.
