- UPDATE 9 SEPT 2026. The purpose of this amendment is to correct the closing date of the solicitation on the SF1449. The original closing date of the solicitation was 17 Sept 2026, but was listed as 4 Sept 2026. This has been updated to 18 Sept 2026 at 11:00 AM Local Time. This amendment also corrects the requirement description and brand name requirement of the original synopsis language. This is NOT a brand name requirement. This update also posts the current questions & answer CAO 9 September 2026. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Solicitation for Commercial Products � Synopsis not required IAW FAR RFO 5.101(b)(1)(i) Utility Vehicle (UTV) with 66-inch Snowblower Attachment This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR RFO Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: W50S8626QA016 Issued as a: Request for Quotation (RFQ) Requirement Description: This is a requirement for a UTV with a 66-inch snowblower attachment for the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC), Michigan. Set-Aside: This acquisition has been set aside 100% for Small Business NAICS Code: 336999 PSC: 2305 This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) guidance and applicable DFARS class deviations.
