- AMENDEMENT 0002: This extends the quote due date to 16 September 2026 at 11am EDT. All other terms and conditions remain the same. END AMENDMENT 0002. AMENDEMENT 0001: This extends the quote due date to 10 September 2026 at 11am EDT. All other terms and conditions remain the same. END AMENDMENT 0001. Fort Drum, NY has a BRAND NAME requirement for Dale Carnegie Building a Stronger and More Cohesive Team training. Offerors must provide all information requested in Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 in Section L - Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors or Quoters on Adobe Page 21 of the Solicitation. All quotes shall be submitted electronically via the PIEE Solicitation Module. Quoters shall nominate a Proposal Manager in the PIEE Solicitation Module. The Proposal Manager shall respond and post quotes to this solicitation in the PIEE Solicitation Module.
