- Q&A 1. What is the required quantity? One 2. Please confirm the exact delivery address and required delivery date or lead-time requirement. The RFQ states FOB Destination but does not identify the destination address or schedule. 21000 Brookpark Rd Building 301 Dock Cleveland, OH 44135 3. Is the requirement limited to supply and delivery, or are installation, integration, testing, commissioning, removal, training, or on-site technical support required? Supply & delivery only 4. Please confirm whether either listed brand-name model is acceptable when configured exactly to the stated specifications: Ebara EMT2400-MBWB or Osaka TG2400-MBWB. Yes 5. Please provide any required technical data sheets, country-of-origin information, warranty terms, packing/shipping instructions, and acceptance criteria not included in the RFQ. Standard factory warranty terms shall be honored. Packing shall be of sufficient quality to protect from damage during transit. 6. Please confirm whether any bonding, insurance, licensing, cybersecurity, facility-access, export-control, or site-visit requirements apply to this purchase. No 7. Please confirm whether manufacturer pricing proof and reseller authorization may be provided as manufacturer/distributor letters attached to the quotation. I am not familiar with this question. 8. Please confirm whether the Government has identified a specific controller, connector, cable, inlet screen, air-cooling kit, or water-cooling configuration beyond the specifications in Section 1. Turbopump with air and water cooling kit, inlet screen and cable only. No controller is needed. If needed, the controller can be removed from the SOW.
