This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quote. See the attached documents for more information. Offers shall be submitted to the primary and secondary points of contact by email using company letterhead. A SF1449 is not used for this requirement.
