- Septic & Lift Station Pumping and Cleaning at Indiana Dunes National Park, Porter, Indiana Request for Quotes for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Offerors are to refer to the complete solicitation package for full terms and conditions. The complete solicitation package includes the posting on www. sam.gov, this document, all attachments, and any amendments which may be posted during the solicitation. Attachments included: 1. Standard Form 18 The addendum to 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Oct 2025) Addendum contains instructions for submitting quotes. Submit all questions only via email to james_bissaillon@ios.doi.gov by September 10, 2026, to ensure enough time to provided answers. Quotes are due by 12:00 PM CDT on September 17, 2026, unless changed by solicitation amendment. Remember to monitor the solicitation posting for any amendments posted until the solicitation closes.
