- Request for Quote: Advanced Statistical Modeling and Assistance for Onyx Ranch State Vehicle Recreation Area (SVRA) per the attached Statement of Work. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0326Q0218. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul/far-part-deviation-guide. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 dated 03/13/2026. *** Interested parties shall submit sufficient documentation for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer. Failure to provide the requested information may result in removal from the award consideration.*** Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on the tradeoff method. NAICS: 541620: Environmental Consulting Services, $19.0 Million. Place of Performance: Vendor's facility. Period of Performance are estimates only: 10/01/2026 to 02/28/2027. Please submit the following documents: 1. Signed SF 18 form filled in with firm information, person signing, and line-item prices, offered, etc on Block 13 to 16 2. Firm, fixed price quote 3. Technical submission. Includes information regarding technical qualifications and experience sufficient for government to evaluate your qualifications to perform this work. Examples are work plan, resumes, published works, etc 4. Listings of prior relevant and recent contracts with project description and two or more professional references with contacts 5.
