- The United States Army Contracting Command � Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing a solicitation for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), 5-Year Sole Source contract to Motion Engineering & Fabrication, Inc. for the following item: Noun: Pumping Units, Clear Water and Sewage National Stock Number (NSN): 4320-01-642-6684, 4320-01-642-6694, 4630-01-642-3447, 4630-01-642-3436 Part Number: 4056-668, 4056-667, 4056-514, 4056-520 Unit of Issue: Each (EA) Estimated Quantity: 5, 16, 10, 12 NAICS Code: 333310 - Sewage Treatment Equipment Manufacturing Inspection: Origin Acceptance: Origin FOB Point: Destination Level of Preservation: Military Level of Packaging: B Please Note: The Government requires Military Packaging - Level B and has associated Special Packaging Instructions (SPIs). Please refer to Section D of the solicitation for additional information. The intended solicitation, and any amendments, will be issued electronically. The Government is under no obligation, and is in fact unable, to maintain a mailing list. Interested parties shall periodically access SAM.gov in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.
