Description

The U.S. Embassy London has a requirement for the supply and delivery of one (1) new, professional hydrostatic front-deck mower with permanent four-wheel drive (4WD), a front-mounted cutting deck of not less than 1,800 mm, and a grass collection system with raised discharge height, in accordance with the attached specification. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) quotation that meets all mandatory requirements of the solicitation. The successful vendor will be required to deliver the equipment to a London address, provide comprehensive operator instruction, and support servicing and repair exclusively through the manufacturer's accredited service engineers and genuine spare parts. The full solicitation package including the detailed equipment specification, mandatory submission requirements, and quotation form is available for download with this notice. Offerors should review all attached documents in full before submitting a quotation. Quotations must be submitted electronically to Procurement_Box7@state.gov, referencing Solicitation No. 19UK5626Q0055 in the subject line. Quotations must be received no later than 17:00 British Summer Time (BST) on September 18, 2026. Late quotations may not be considered.
