- 13 July 2026: The Government is re-opening Solicitation W911QY-26-R-A007 for a period of 30 days to implement corrective action in response to a Court of Federal Claims protest. Amendment W911QY-26-R-A0070003 - posted 13 July 2026 to SAM.gov detailing the revised submission instructions. Please find the Request for Proposal and applicable attachments below. Responses shall be sent to the email in the RFP on the due date and time stated in the RFP. Please send questions by 21 July 2026 to the email in the solicitation. ***Related Notice - RFP_W911QY26RA007_MaterielFielding_MedicalLiaisonSupportServices*** 24 July 2026: Amendment 0004 (Conformed and Amendment) has been issued and can be located under Attachments. The Questions and Answers file has been updated in Rev. 3. 06 August 2026: Amendment 0005 (Conformed and Amendment) has been issued and can be located under Attachments. The Questions and Answers file has been updated in Rev. 4. Revised Proposal Due Date is 16 August 2026 at 10:00 AM EST. 03 Septemebr 2026: Administrative Amendment 0006 Posted: Amendment 0006 is issued solely for administrative purposes to align the language in Solicitation Sections L and M and PWS Section C.4.16 with the Government�s previously published response to Question and Answer (Q&A) #69 regarding security clearance requirements. This is an administrative update only. It does not reopen the solicitation, change previously submitted proposals, or extend the proposal submission deadline. Offerors who previously submitted proposals prior to the deadline must return a signed copy of the SF-30 acknowledging receipt as instructed in the solicitation.
