- Description
- Amendment 1 was issued on 3 September 2026 to update the PWS, DD254, FAR Clause 52.212-1, and 52.212-2 along with Q&A. See attached for more details. Closing date and time have changed for this solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA520926Q0086 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM MANAGEMENT / ANALYST SUPPORT FOR SPACE FORCES � JAPAN. This acquisition is total set-aside for SDVOSB. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The contractor shall provide non?personal, part?time financial advisory and administrative support services to Space Forces � Japan (SFJ). Services include assisting the unit Resource Advisor (RA) and leadership by analyzing financial data, drafting reports and advisory documents, supporting budget planning and execution, and developing and maintaining SFJ�s financial management ecosystem. The anticipated level of effort required to fulfill this support is approximately 0.5�0.75 Full?Time Equivalent (FTE). Attached are the Solicitation, Performance Work Statement (PWS), and DD Form 254 for additional information. Questions must be submitted no later than 3 Sep 2026 4PM (Japan Standard Time). Note 1: This project shall be performed entirely within the country of JAPAN. Offerors shall incorporate all logistics, transportation, mobilization, demobilization, and associated costs into their submitted price quotation. Note 2: Offerors must possess a Secret Security Clearance and submit a fully completed DD Form 254.
