- The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the installation of a new 12-strand, 150-foot (150ft) Single Mode (SM) fiber optic cable at the Dobbins ARB ATC Tower. This new SM fiber will replace an existing legacy multimode (MM) fiber run currently supporting the Negation of Improvised Non-State Joint Aerial-Threats (NINJA) system.
