- The Government anticipates issuing a Request for White Papers to establish an Other Transaction Agreement For Progressive Design Build for the Space Port of the Future Infrastructure (SPOTFi) project at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The Government is providing the attached documentation as For Information Only (FIO) in advance of the Request for White Papers for the SPOTFi project. No contract or agreement will result from this announcement and is strictly FIO purposes.
