- Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PACIFIC) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate and award a commercial, firm-fixed-price purchase order on a non-competitive basis with Pacific Radomes, Inc. (CAGE 0EW80), Minden, Nevada 89423-8976, United States.A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. The applicable NAICS Code is 334220 and the business size standard is 1,250 employees. The applicable PSC code is 5985. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote for consideration by the Government. Comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted via e-mail to andrew.d.cornwell.civ@us.navy.mil by 12:00 pm PST on 09 September 2026.Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. To respond to this announcement, you must be registered to the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation module at https://piee.eb.mil/xhtml/unauth/home/login.xhtml and upload your inquiry under NIWC Pacific/Simplified Acquisition N66001-26-Q-6305. Responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM) website www.sam.gov prior to award of the related order/contract. Registration means a registered UEI and active CAGE Code. Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding.
