- Description
- The U.S. Consulate General Erbil requests quotations for gate spare parts under RFQ No. PR15804727. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared. The requirement is brand-name specific � offerors must quote the exact brand, model, and/or part number identified in the attachments (or the manufacturer's current replacement part number, if discontinued). Equivalent or substitute products will not be accepted. Delivery is required DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to U.S. Consulate General Erbil, Iraq, or to the Government's consolidation point in North Brunswick, NJ. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price Purchase Order to the technically acceptable offeror with the lowest Total Evaluated Price. Quotations are due no later than 5:00 p.m. Baghdad, Iraq local time, on September 14, 2026. Requests for clarification must be submitted by September 7, 2026, referencing ""PR15804727 � REQUESTS FOR CLARIFICATION"" in the subject line. Interested vendors should review the full solicitation package, including: Attachment 1 � List of Items Attachment 2 � Illustrative Pictures Brand Name Justification Document All quotes must include the RFQ number in the subject line and be submitted as two separate files (Technical Package and Commercial Package) to the point of contact listed in the solicitation.
