- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT941026QE027. It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 effective 03/13/2026 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change 05/07/2026. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 325199. The size standard is 1,250 (# of employees). The Product and Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is B533. This is an unrestricted procurement, inviting full and open competition. This requirement is for NON-PERSONAL Critical Water Testing Services at Robert E Bush Naval Hospital, Twentynine Palms, CA. Defense Health Agency (DHA) Contracting Activity (DHACA) Healthcare Contracting Division-West (HCD-W) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing Critical Water Testing Services.
