- AMENDMENT 1: SF30 document has been added to the Attachments section. The purpose of this Amendment is to post the questions and answers from potential offerors. If submitting a quote, please sign/date the SF30 as an acknowledgement and submit amendment with your quote package. Thank you. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240LP26Q0160 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Cattle Guards with concrete bases. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 332323 - Ornamental and Architectural Metal Work Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. See Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions for applicable clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria. See Attachment 2 for the Schedule of Items and Technical Specifications. If submitting a quotation package, please include a signed SF1449, include a completed Schedule of Items, submit a Technical proposal with details on your proposed products and product literature, as well as the Buy American Certificate.
