The purpose of this solicitation amendment 0001 is to incorporate the Government's official responses to technical and administrative questions submitted by prospective quoters. 2. Please refer to Attachment (1), titled ""Amendment 0001 - Technical and Administrative Q&A"", for the complete list of inquiries and Government responses. 3. The solicitation closing date and time remains unchanged: 10 Sep 2026 at 11:00 AM JST. **************************************************************************************** Procure Hose Connection & Fire Hose Manifold for X-99 , Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC), U.S. Naval Base Yokosuka. This solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan, as prescribed by DFARS 252.225-7042. Prime Contractors outside of Japan must submit documentation that unambiguously demonstrates the Offer's compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042 (e.g. proof of incorporation) as part of their offer. The Government reserves the right to consider only those quotes that adhere to the instructions provided in the solicitation. Submissions that omit required information, contain ambiguities, or are incomplete may not be considered.
