- NE--FWS Rainwater Basin WMD Geothermal HVAC System Change Out and Commissioning The purpose of Amendment 1 is to issue the Government's responses to questions received from prospective offerors and to incorporate resulting clarifications into the solicitation. To allow vendors sufficient time to update their quotations based on these Q&A responses, the quotation due date is hereby extended from September 2, 2026, to September 8, 2026. Offerors shall review this amendment in full and acknowledge receipt as required.
