Enclosure 1. Proposal Inquiry form and Enclosure 4. Blank Bill of Quantity (BOQ) are provided in both pdf. and excel. formats, for your use. Pre-Solicitation Site Visit (PPSV) is scheduled on 28 July 2026, at 1000-1200 hours, Philippines local time. Place: Naval Education and Training Doctrine Command (NETDC) in San Antonio, Zambales, in the vicinity of (IVO), GPS coordinates - please see in the RFP. Meeting Place: NETC Main Gate / GPS coordinates - please see in the RFP. Contractors did not submitted the base access request, in reference to Pre-Solicitation Notice #N4008426R7500 will not be allowed to attend the site visit. ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation. There is no bid package or solicitation currently available. In order to protect the integrity of any future procurement that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made. This notice also aims to collect names of contractors interested in attending the pre-solicitation site visit for the Base Access Request (BAR) that will be facilitated by the US Government.
