- Please be advised that this announcement has been amended under Amendment 0001. The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions received from industry. Please see the Attachments/Links section for a copy of Amendment 0001. Please be advised that the question submittal phase has closed. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** Requirement: Marine Corps Installations - West (MCIWEST) Fire & Emergency Services (F&ES) Departments require annual flow testing of department owned SCBA equipment for the various fire stations aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton (CPEN), Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar, Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Barstow, Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) Twentynine (29) Palms and Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center (MCMWTC) Bridgeport. These services are required for F&ES to be compliant with applicable National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards. Services are required on an annual schedule. Flow testing services shall be performed on-site. ?? IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE QUOTERS � PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ?? To ensure your quote is determined technically compliant and eligible for evaluation and award, offerors must review the entire solicitation package and all attached documents prior to quote submission. Incomplete submissions or failure to adhere strictly to solicitation instructions may result in your quote being deemed non-responsive and excluded from further evaluation. Key Submission Reminders: Section L (Instructions to Quoters): Follow all format, volume, and submission guidelines precisely. Ensure all requested pricing formats, representations, certifications, and technical narratives are provided. Section M (Evaluation Factors for Award): Review how quotes will be evaluated. Address every evaluation factor and sub-factor thoroughly with direct supporting documentation. Mandatory Attachments: Review, complete, sign, and return the Technical Acceptability Checklist with your quote. Quotes submitted without all required documentation or failing to meet the minimum stated requirements will not be considered.
