- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for TCGRx Annual Maintenance & Support for VISN 20� in accordance with the Statement of Work as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.201-1(c)(2), as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ). A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR 12 will be used. This announcement constitutes only solicitation.� The solicitation number is 36C26026Q0995� and is attached.� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through:� Federal Acquisition Circular: FAC - 2025-06 Effective Date: August 2025.� This solicitation is� unrestricted,� and the associated NAICS Code� 811210� has a business size standard of $34 Million.� � Award will be based upon a comparative evaluation of quotes in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR 12. Comparative evaluation is the side-by-side comparison of quotes based on factors resulting in a Contracting Officer decision for the quote most favorable to the Government. The award will be� given� to the� most advantageous respondent� to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms and conditions.� Quotes must be emailed to: angela.williams3@va.gov and received no later than 9:00 am PST on 09/11/2026. Quotes may be submitted on the attached RFQ or the vendor s own form. All questions must be submitted in writing and will not be answered via telephone, no exceptions.
