- PSC 6640 - Procurement of a Liquid Chromatograph Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (LC/QQQ) 2026 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Liquid Chromatograph Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (LC/QQQ) with extended service plan options. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 68HERW26Q0087 is issued as a �request for quotation (RFQ)� for a Liquid Chromatograph Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (LC/QQQ) with extended service plan options. Simplified procedures are being used and the anticipated award date is 9/27/2026. This acquisition is not set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516 - Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, with a small business size standard in numbers of employees of 1,000. The government will award a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the synopsis/solicitation, will be most advantageous to the government (as determined by the solicitation evaluation criteria). Quotations that reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. Submission must be received not later than 1630 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on September 9, 2026. Late submissions will be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(c).
