PURPOSENaval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, is officially issuing Area of Interest (AOI) Call Notice 26-A001 under the parent Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) N66001-26-S-C002. 2. SUBMISSION LIMITS and FORMATVendors may submit their Phase 1 Solution Brief in EITHER of the following formats:* A text document (Maximum of 5 pages, 12pt font, 1-inch margins) OR* A slide deck (Maximum of 15 briefing slides)3. IMPORTANT DATES and DEADLINES* Issuance Date: 27 AUGUST 2026* Phase 1 Submission Deadline: 28 SEPTEMBER 2026 at 15:00 PDT4.
