Due to a system transmission error that delayed the release of previous draft updates, this consolidated amendment formally implements the following updates to the solicitation package: 1. PROPOSAL DUE DATE EXTENSION: The deadline for receipt of proposal packages is formally extended to Thursday, August 3, 2026, at 1:30 PM Pacific Time.
