- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, �Acquisition of Commercial Products Commercial Services�, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Request for Quotation is being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation number N00244-26-Q-0090 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). RFQ N00244-26-Q-0090 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 published in the Federal Register on March 13, 2026. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: https://www.acquisition.gov. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside competition requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 336350 with a size standard of 1,500 (# of employees). All interested companies shall provide a quotation for the Transmissions in accordance with the statement of work (SOW). List of Contract Line-Item Number(s)/CLIN STRUCTURE: CLIN 0001: Allison 4700SP_P (4th Generation) Factory ReTran automatic transmissions, PN 29572129 or current OEM superseding part, Quantity 6 Delivery Date: 01 December, 2026 Place of Delivery: Naval Construction Training Center 363 White House Way Port Hueneme, CA 93043 Please see attached SOW for further details. Inspection and Acceptance: At destination by the Government. Method of Payment: Wide Area Workflow IAW DFARS 252.232-7003 Contract Type: Order/ Contract resulting from this solicitation will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). This combined synopsis/solicitation will close at 4pm PDT on 02 September 2026.
