- This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract to provide Dive Support Services at Olmsted Lock and Dam.The Base Year will be from 01 January 2027 through 31 December 2027. The Contractor?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????s services and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all services are conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, state, and local laws and regulationsNote: This solicitation contains an option clause to extend the awarded contract for up to four (4) additional one year periods. The one-year option periods are as follows:Option Year 1: 01 January 2028 through 31 December 2028Option Year 2: 01 January 2029 through 31 December 2029Option Year 3: 01 January 2030 through 31 December 2030Option Year 4: 01 January 2031 through 31 December 2031Location:Olmsted Lock and Dam634 New Dam RdOlmsted, IL 62970One award will be made from this RFQ. The contract type is a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).Note: The Contract award will be based on Lowest Price.If you are a large business the small business subcontracting plan will need to be submitted along with your quote.Quotes are due 15 September 2026 at 12:00PM Eastern Time. Faxed, telephoned, or mailed quotes will not be accepted.
