This service entails removal, disposal of remaining fuel, tank cleaning, replacing wiper seals, and providing an aboveground storage tank (AST) Inspection on tank(s). This is for 6 API internal inspection and wiper seal replacement at Fort Rucker, AL.Amend 0001: This amendment is to extend the proposal due date to 14 Sep 2026 at 2pm CST. A new updated PWS has also been added along with additional inspection reports. No other changes have been made.
