- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Requirement: Terumo Cardiovascular System Agy/Dept: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Location: San Francisco VA Medical Center Notice Details: The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with [Insert Vendor Name] under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b).
