- The United States Embassy in Kingston invites quotations from authorized resellers/dealers of photocopiers for the purchase of a multifunction copier/printer and desktop computers with accessories listed below. The vendor shall be responsible for all costs associated with packaging, handling, transportation and delivery. Pricing: Quotations should be submitted in United States Dollars (USD), excluding duties and taxes, and must include supply availability, estimated delivery time, warranty information, detailed product literature/specifications. Payment Terms Net 30 days from receipt of a proper invoice and acceptance of the equipment. Response: All firms responding to this Request for Quotation must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quotation submission.
