- STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR CGC HAMILTON Refrigerant Plant Condenser 1. OBJECTIVE 1.1. CGC HAMILTON (WMSL-753) requires procurement of one complete reefer plant condenser assembly. This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the procurement requirement for the condenser assembly identified on the attached manufacturer drawing. 2. REFERENCES 2.1. Drawing No. 42099, model MHX605D-2P, manufacturer drawing 42099. 3. TASKS 3.1. Conduct procurement of the complete new reefer plant condenser assembly listed in the table below (refurbished item is not allowed) : Item Description Part Number Quantity Requested Keetma MHX605D-2P/T01158 Must include zinc plugs. MHX605D-2P/T01158 1 Freight to North Charleston, SC 1 3.2. Requested delivery date: 15 NOV 2026 3.3. The provided condenser assembly must be shipped as a complete unit with standard commercial packaging to prevent damage while in transit. When the order is shipped, the company must provide the USCG point of contact with shipment tracking information for the address below. 3.4. The parts shall be shipped to the following address: USCG HAMILTON DISCREP ATTN: Auxiliary Officer 1050 Register St North Charleston, SC 29405 4. POINTS OF CONTACT 4.1. Item must be newly built from manufacture. Refurbished condenser will not be accepted.
