- Questions and answers Amendment 0001 to RFQ 36C25926Q0515 Subject: Removal of Small Business Set Aside Clauses The purpose of this amendment is to update the Combined solicitation to reflect that this procurement is unrestricted. As a result, all Small Business Set Aside provisions and clauses previously included are hereby removed. Changes to the Combined Solicitation Cluses: The following clauses are deleted in their entirety because this requirement is not set aside for small business concerns: RFO 52.219 6 Notice of Total Small Business Set Aside RFO 52.219 14 Limitations on Subcontracting RFO 52.219 8 Utilization of Small Business Concerns All responsible sources may submit a quote. No Small Business set aside requirements apply to this solicitation.
