- Amendment 0001 The purpose of this Amendment is to provide responses for questions for the solicitation, The closing date is unchanged, Please ensure to sign and acknowledge amendment. The 409th Contracting Command is issuing a solicitation to provide Kitchen Equipment to include delivery and installation (items below) to USAG Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels training areas. This requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis using the commercial items procedures IAW FAR part 12. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract. This requirement will utilize Low Priced Technically Acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. This requirement will be FOB Destination will be Grafenwoehr, Germany. Kitchen equipment items. Cafeteria graded appliances.See attachment for complete specifications.
