- NOTICE OF AMENDMENT: The purpose of this amendment is to attach the questions and answers document to the solicitation and make necessary adjustments as summarized in the FA252126Q00090002 SF30 Document as a result of the questions and answers. Notable changes include, but are not limited to, changes to the Statement of Work, addition and removal of clauses, and changes to sections L, M, and G. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to review the questions and answers and all changes resulting from this solicitation amendment. As a result of this amendment, the following attachments have been added or altered: Added- Questions and Answers Document Added- FA252126Q00090002 SF30 Document Added- FA252126Q00090002 Conformed Solicitation Document (original solicitation document removed to eliminate confusion) Altered- Statement of Work (Previous version removed) The RFQ due date has been extended from 4 Sep 2026 to 9 Sep 2026 at 1200 EST. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part RFO 12. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation. Solicitation number FA252126Q0009 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Space Launch Delta 45 (SLD45) Simplified Acquisition for Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The SABER program is a tool in which the 45th Civil Engineering Squadron utilizes to expedite design efforts and accomplish minor construction, maintenance and repair projects in support the mission of SLD 45 at Patrick Space Force Base (PSFB), Cape Canaveral SFS (CCSFS) and other Geographically Separated Units (GSU). IDIQ ceiling will be $9M over the 5 year ordering period of the contract. This acquisition is set-aside to eligible 8(a) small businesses. Quotes received from offerors not represented as an 8(a) small business will be rejected. RFO 52.232-19 Availability of Funds: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
