- Perform Annual Preventative Maintenance on 8 Genie Aerial Work Platforms for Base + 2 option years at the Watervliet Arsenal, NY 12189. ANNUAL PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE ON AERIAL PLATFORMS per ANSI A92. All work to be completed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Please provide pricing as follows: $__________ cost for annual PM of Scissor Lifts WV351, WV352 and WV355. $__________ cost for annual PM of Genie Man-Lifts WV212, WV302, WV321, IMP09B, and WV571. $__________ service per hour to perform any repairs or maintenance outside the scope of the PM (estimated 25 hours per year) Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination No. 2015-4143, Latest Revision, Applies and is Incorporated.
