- 8th Amendment - The purpose of this amendment is to attached the RFI Questions and Answers from the 2nd Site visit that was conducted 20 August 2026 and extend the offer date to the 1 September 2026. 7th Amendment - The purpose of this amendment is to attach the Revised Statement of Work (SOW) , Updated CLIN Structure and to invite vendors to Site Visit. FAR Clause 52.237-1 Site Visit SITE VISIT Has been established for 20 August 2026 beginning at 10:00 AM CST. Location: 53d Wing/A4/DAF, Bldg 351, Eglin AFB. FL 32542 Any vendors interested in attending the site visit must contact TSgt Nathan Galbraith nathan.galbraith@us.af.mil, Cc Ms. Yvette Kelly yvette.kelly@us.af.mil, TSgt David Volberg david.volberg@us.af.mil, later than 18 August 2026 12:00 PM CST. Name of individuals attending site visit (no more than 2) Company Name POC Name Phone and Email Any additional information required by TSgt Nathan Galbraith Air Force assumes ""NO"" liability or expense on behalf of your attendance or participation of the Site Visit. Your participation in the site visit is strictly voluntary on your part. 6th Amendment - Offer date has been extended to the 26 August 2026. 5th Amendment - Attached Updated RFI QA - 4th Amendment - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the offer date to the 12 August 2026 and to attach the Request for Information and Answers. Attachement: RFI QA 3rd Amendment - Offer date has been extended to the 31 July 2026. 2nd Amendment - Offer date has been extended to the 27 July 2026. 1st Amendment : The purpose of the amendment is to add FAR Clause 52.237-1 Site Visit and extend the response date to the 20 July 2026 @ 2pm CST. The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB, is requesting maintenance, service, and support for the Lenel Access Control System (ACS), located at Eglin AFB FL, 53 Wing and 692 CYOS.
