- Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Pre-Solicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 The Department of Veteran s Affairs will solicit for vendors capable of providing AHU Coil Replacement services for the Salem VA Medical Center s ED/Radiology Department, located in Salem, VA. The solicitation is for Total Small Businesses, SB. This will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed contract. A Request for Quotation, RFQ, will be issued on, or around, Wednesday, August 26, 2026. To be eligible for the award, the prospective contractor must be registered in SAM database at http://www.sam.gov at the time the quote is submitted and comply with the Evaluation for Basis of Award. The prospective contractor must also have updated and correct information in the VA Financial Service Center s Customer Engagement Portal at the time the quote is submitted. If you are an SDVOSB, VOSB or Small Business and plan on subcontracting, please provide a plan to show how your company provides 51% of the requirement.
