THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE AND THERE IS NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) / SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE DOES NOT COMMIT THE GOVERNMENT TO ANY INCURRED COSTS IN PREPARATION OF ANY SUBMISSION TO THIS NOTICE, OR TO CONTRACT FOR SERVICES. PURPOSE: The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain industry capabilities, to determine interest in participation, and to determine the availability to provide products/services for the 31st LRS Aviano AB - Italy. The information from this market research will help the 31st LRS with their acquisition strategy. Firms are strongly encouraged to provide comments, questions, and suggestions relative to the project scope, methodologies and technologies, and approach. Any input that businesses or interested parties would like to provide will be reviewed and considered. See Attachment 1: Salient Characteristics, for a detailed description of what we are looking for to fulfill our mission requirements. See Attachment 2: Company Information Request, to provide company information and a designated point of contact. See Attachment 3: European Parts and Maintenance Support, to provide additional information needed to be more informed. See Attachment 4: Nonbinding Budgetary Pricing, to provide an quote that the government can use to determine a budget. It is also important for us to know if you are actively registered in sam or not because that will also play a key factor if/when any contract will be put in place.
