Questions must be submitted No Later Than 31 July 2026 Via the PIEE/Solicitation Module.Points of Contact:Contract Specialist: Mr. Jereme Kemp, jereme.a.kemp.civ@army.milContracting Officer: Mr. Matt Boals, matt.s.boals.civ@army.milQuotation Preparation: Your quotation must be prepared in accordance with the tailored FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Products and Commercial Services (DEVIATION). A summary of the required submission parts is as follows:Technical Submission: Provide technical literature demonstrating conformance with required specifications, your CAGE code for past performance verification, and your proposed delivery schedule.Currency of Offer: In accordance with the evaluation procedures at FAR 52.212-2, offers must be submitted in Euro at the specified Presidential exchange rate of 0.9303.
