- The Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), Parker Indian Health Center (PIHC) is soliciting offers from qualified contractors to provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, testing, commissioning, inspection support, and related services necessary to repair the existing Cleaver-Brooks CB700-40 boiler at the Parker Indian Health Center (PIHC), located in Parker, Arizona.
