- Description
- The USDA Rural Development Regional Acquisition Division (RAD) has a requirement to procure physical inspection assessment services for the Multi Family Management Branch of Rural Housing Service under USDA Rural Development. It is the Government's intention to issue a Firm-Fixed price type contract. The Contractor shall provide labor, personnel, supervision and any other items necessary to perform these services nationwide. The proposed acquisition is a 100% set aside for SBA Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Questions: Submit questions using Attachment 4 Questions Form regarding this solicitation to gary.brown3@usda.gov on or before 12:00pm ET Thursday August 13, 2026. Reponses to the solicitation are due as outlined on the SF 1449. Ensure that all amendments are acknowleged as part of the proposal.
