- General Information Document Type: Special Notice (Notice of Intent to Sole Source) Notice ID: W50S6R-26-Q-A007 Posted Date: 8/24/2026 Response Date: 9/8/2026 Product Service Code (PSC): 9905 � Signs, Advertising Displays, and Identification Plates NAICS Code: 541850 � Indoor and Outdoor Display Advertising SBA Size Standard: $34.5 Million Contracting Office: 161st Air Refueling Wing, 3200 E Old Tower Rd Ste 100, Phoenix, AZ 85043 Notice: The 161 Air Refueling Wing (ARW) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Lamar Advertising (CAGE Code 1PWS2) located at 5321, CORPORATE BOULEVARD, BATON ROUGE, LA 70808 . The requirement is for the purchase of Tucson Bus Advertising listed in the attached Statement of Objective to Lamar Advertising. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Lamar Advertising. under the authority of FAR 12.102 and 10 USC 3204, only one responsible source capable of meeting the government�s requirement. Supporting documentation is attached to this notice. Response Instructions: This is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes, and no solicitation document is available. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements must be submitted in writing and must include: Company Name Address Cage Code / Unique Entity ID (UEI) number A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM). Information can be found at https://www.sam.gov. Complete SAM registration means a registered UEI and CAGE Code. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor https://sam.gov for any amendments, which may be issued to this announcement.
