- SOLICITATION: 191NE26R0085 - INL GUATEMALA AUTOMATED BIOMETRIC IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM 8/24/2026 UPDATES: EXTENDED SOLICITATION THROUGH 5:00 PM EST ON MONDAY, AUGUST 31, 2026; ATTACHED RESPONSES TO OFFEROR QUESTIONS; ADDED FAR 52.219-14 TO SOLICITATION. UPDATED SOLICITATION (Orignally published 5/14/2024 and amended 5/28/2025) PLEASE SEE UPDATED STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) AND THE UPDATED EVALUATION FACTORS IN SECTION 5 OF THE SOW . ALSO SEE NEW ATTACHMENT 1 - ""SUPPLEMENTAL INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS"" FOR ADDITIONAL SOLICITATION INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION. ALL QUOTES SHALL BE VALID FOR A MINIMUM OF 90-DAYS Interested contractors shall provide their proposals via e-mail to the email addresses listed below. Proposals submitted must be in sufficient detail as to allow for a thorough government evaluation in accordance with the above mentioned attachments.
