- August 24, 2026: Brand Name Justification is updated to be visible to non-USG readers, and responses to questions asked have been uploaded. August 23, 2026: This solicitation has been modified to include amended Salient Characteristics, an amended Brand Name Justification. August 20, 2026: THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN MODIFIED TO HAVE A NEW END DATE OF 28 AUGUST, 2026. Answers to questions received will be provided in a forthcoming, subsequent amendment to this solicitation. Please do not acknowledge this amendment until this solicitation is amended again, with question responses. The 379 ECONS is not accepting any more questions regarding this solicitation. Thank you. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA570226Q0013 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Carrier brand HVAC units. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. NAICS: 221330 Size Standard: $30M PSC: 4120 OTHER INFORMATION: This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date and prior to any contract award. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following: 1) Refer to Section L & M (attached) for detailed submission requirements. Offerors must provide sufficient descriptive data to support each proposed item.
