- The U.S. Embassy Caracas has a requirement to purchase Audio and Video Equipment for PDS Studio. Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 19VE3026Q0012 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 March 13, 2026. System for Award Management (SAM) Registration: In accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and FAR 52.204-13, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), https://www.sam.gov, at the time of offer submission and at the time of contract award. Offerors shall provide their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and, if awarded a contract, maintain an active SAM registration with current and accurate information throughout contract performance and through final payment. If there are any questions regarding this solicitation, please submit them in writing by email to: CaracasSolicitation@state.gov no later than COB August 31, 2026. Offers are due by September 8, 2026, 5:00p.m (local time). All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered.
