- This soliciation is being amended to answer questions. Does the SBA nonmanufacturer rule apply, and has a class or individual waiver been issued for this acquisition? NO May a small-business reseller furnish an otherwise compliant product manufactured by a company exceeding the solicitation�s 1,250-employee size standard? YES Does the 0.1 cm� requirement refer to sample-cell capacity or minimum measurable sample volume? YES Would a system with temperature control beginning at 4�C be unacceptable where the requirement states at least 3�C�60�C? 4 WOULD BE ACCEPTABLE Must the three-year warranty be provided directly by the OEM, or may the prime provide equivalent warranty coverage?
