- UPDATE 8/21/26: There was a substantial amount of questions recieved for this project. Additional time is needed to answer them all. It is anticipated that answers to those questions will be posted to this solicitation durring the week of 8/31/26, through 9/4/26. At that time the response due date will be extended to allow review of the answers and any possible amendment. Your patience is appreciated. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240LT26Q0137 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for construction of a new headhouse building, construction of a new Greenhouse building, the post-fire repairs of the existing greenhouse building, and site support work at the Lucky Peak Nursery site in Boise, Idaho. An option item for a warehouse building is included. See the SOW for more information. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 236220 The small business size standard is $45 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. See attachments for more information.
