- Solicitation Number: FA527026QB0028 Solicitation: Repair Aircraft Handler and Battery Replacement ** NOTICE: PRE-PROPOSAL SITE VISIT ANNOUNCEMENT -- Please be advised that the Government is hosting a pre-proposal site visit on Monday, 24 August 2026. All prospective offerors are highly encouraged to attend. 1. Date and Time: 24 Aug 2026 at 1300hrs JST 2. Meeting Location: Gate 1, Kadena AB (In front of Visitor Center) 3. Point of Contract: Hana Machida (18CONS/PKB Contract Specialist) hana.machida.jp@us.af.mil REGISTRATION AND BASE ACCESS REQUIREMENTS: To reserve your site visit, please fill out ""Reservation Sheet for Site Visit"" as attached and send it to the POC, Ms. Hana Machida via e-mail NO LATER THAN 0900hrs 24 Aug 2026, JST Due to escort transport limitation, attendance is limited to a maximum of two (2) representative per company. Pleae have Photo ID Type (Japanese Driver's License, My Number Car, Passprt) for base entry. NOTE: For Non-Japanese Citizens: If you are not Japanese citizen, please bring passport or Residence card (Zairyu card) for base entry. ** IMPORTANT NOTE TO OFFERORS: SITE VIST & SOLICITATION AMENDMENT PENDING** Please note that conformed solicitation amendment will be formally issued following the site visit to officially incorprate details, updated timelines, and any subsequent Q&As into the contract file. 1.
